1) can't exist two or more accounts with the same IP though i'll evaluate exceptions because i see that some dishonest people are trying to exploit the site

2) for who attempts to exploit the site through proxy servers there is a good news as i'm building a list of these fake addresses so the ban will be more effective day by day

3) i'm evaluating the possibility to switch from shared hosting to VPS hosting.
