Google chrome Danger: Malware Ahead! message has came up while i was surfing on Smiley Traffic.

It said that:

Content from waytobemillionaire.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web. Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware.

Malware is malicious that causes things like identity theft, financial loss and permanent file deletion

I should clicked Go back button to prevent any malwares infected my computer.
