Payza Payment Issues

The Payza API does not notify us if the transaction fails to go through for any reason and it's been occurring a lot more lately with them. We're working on a resolution to the problem. If anyone is having problems with a missed payment on Payza, please contact support. Issues with Payza may take up to a week to get handled since we're so backlogged doing manual payments.

We're working on adding Liberty Reserve and other payment processors so everyone can have more options to get paid. We would advise that if you are having frequent issues not getting paid with Payza, that you switch to Paypal.
