I was logging in on Pay To Click dot in and checking my 500 banner ad prize by clicking on My Account.
Click Manage Ad
Ad Option: choose Banner Ads
Click Manage button
Click Create New Ad on bottom right
Type your title and open a new tab to open xtremesurf.info referral links
Copy blue color on xtremesurf.info as target url
Paste xtremesurf.info referral link as target url
Copy blue color on xtremesurf.info as banner url
Paste xtremesurf.info referral link as banner url
Check Does Not Violate Terms and click Add Banner button
Check Join Me @XtremeSurf.info banner ad on bottom columns and click Add Credits
Click Next
500 and click Add Credits button
Done!
